I am a 2015 graduate of Drexel University where I obtained a master of science in neuroscience, but I previously obtained a bachelor of arts in biology, minor in chemistry, at Arcadia University in 2011. I am an experienced tutor in the life sciences with 3 years of undergraduate biology and chemistry tutoring and 2 years of graduate biochemistry and neuroscience tutoring. When working with students, I prefer to keep an encouraging and upbeat atmosphere, working alongside students to identify issues in learning and developing a plan to address these problems as a team. Having been a biology student, I understand that it is a challenging subject for many, and I love to not only share my passion but also share encouragement based on personal experience. In addition to my interests in biology and neuroscience, I have a wide range of hobbies including writing (both scientific and fiction), art and drawing, piano, video games, and martial arts.
