I used tutoring myself to help increase my grades and understanding that I found invaluable. Tutoring helped fuel my desire to continue my education and I graduated Cum Laude from La Sierra University. After college, I had the utmost desire to give back to students in the same way other tutors had done for me. I have been tutoring now for the last two years. I am passionate about helping students to understand and overcome challenges they think they could have never achieved. I have unwavering patience and out of the box ways of thinking of ways to explain material. I pride myself on being able to explain what the teacher cannot. I also find it best to explain the material by applying the concepts to everyday life or specific interests of the students.
