My collegiate coursework focused heavily on the biological sciences, including evolutionary Biology, Microbiology, Ecology, Biological Anthropology and Math. As a long-time member of the Boy Scouts of America and with three younger brothers, mentoring and teaching has been a large part of my life and something I sincerely enjoy. It is my wish to not only help others gain factual knowledge, but to ignite an academic curiosity and the determination to constantly discover more about the world around us. Connecting with the student is of utmost importance. A mutual trust is necessary in order to not only help the student learn, but to help them become most confident in their great abilities. While not tutoring, I enjoy hiking and camping, and am currently planning to pursue a graduate degree in the field of development.
