I work full time at an urban charter school in Boston. I have a masters in Special Education and work in all different subjects. I have a background in history and writing, but currently co-teach math and science classes, giving me skills and confidence across all subjects. I am a passionate and optimistic young adult who really enjoys working with teenagers. I feel as though I am always learning and open to new ways of thinking. I believe in each student's ability to succeed through hard work, practice, and perseverance. I hope for students to learn strategies and skills which can be applied across all subjects, not just used for a given class or unit.

For fun I enjoy running and working out. In my free time I enjoy dancing, listening to music, and reading. I come from a sports crazy family and have played and watched sports for as long as I can remember.
