About Me
As a current Mechanical Engineering student at The University of Alabama, I am passionate about sharing my love for STEM subjects, particularly in mathematics and science. With experience tutoring a variety of courses, including AP Calculus, AP Statistics, and High School Physics, I strive to create engaging, supportive learning environments where students can thrive. My teaching philosophy centers around understanding each student's unique learning style and filling in knowledge gaps through interactive problem-solving and real-world applications. I am dedicated to helping students succeed academically while nurturing their curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.
Hobbies & Interests
I have a diverse range of hobbies and interests that blend creativity, craftsmanship, and technical skill. I’m passionate about STEM, which fuels my enthusiasm for building UAV vehicles, including both drones and fixed-wing planes—projects that let me apply engineering principles in hands-on, innovative ways. Alongside my technical pursuits, I enjoy more tactile and artistic hobbies like crocheting, wood whittling, and rug tufting, which allow me to express my creativity through detailed, handmade work. I also love spending time in the kitchen cooking and baking, as well as tending to my garden, where I find satisfaction in nurturing plants and growing my own food. Altogether, my interests reflect a balance between precision, problem-solving, and creative expression.
