About Me
In 2001, I was a certified substitute teacher in public schools (grades K- 8th). Next, I worked as a Librarian, which I loved because I love books, knowledge, and the peaceful vibe you get in a library. Then I worked in the Federal sector for 20 years. I'm now a substitute teacher and reading tutor. The subjects I tutor are Reading, Writing, Microsoft Word, and Academic Planning. My teaching philosophy is that everyone learns differently, so I strive to adapt to what works best for my students. My teaching style is approachable, and I give demos with exercises.
