Jamila

I graduated from The University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science in Education, then earned a master's degree in Curriculum Development and Classroom Instruction from Michigan State University. I also hold a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Classroom Instruction from the University of Phoenix - Phoenix Campus. I am a strong advocate for education, believing it is essential for enhancing quality of life, and I strive to instill this appreciation in my students. I spent 25 years as a classroom teacher, instructing grades K5, before transitioning to administration as an assistant and then to Principal for 5 years. My passion lies in meeting students where they are academically and helping them advance to the next level without being constrained by their current grades. I tailor my instruction to each learner.
