I am a graduate of Madonna University. I have my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and History. Additionally, I have a Master's degree in Educational Technology and an Educational Specialist degree in Leadership. I also have a social studies endorsement. I have been in education since 2005, working as a substitute teacher and in after-school programs. I started teaching in the virtual setting in 2010. I have taught 3rd-5th grades self-contained, K-8 technology and currently teach 7th and 8th-grade social studies at an urban school. Lastly, I teach part-time for a virtual school, teaching coding courses. I am passionate about teaching and learning. I firmly believe in creating positives relationships is the foundation of the classroom environment.

I enjoy spending time with my son, who is 16 years old. We like going to the state parks with our dogs and local museums. I love to read all types of books. My other interests include working out and dancing!
