In high school I spent a lot of time teaching students in my band classes skills and techniques to succeed in music and helping a lot of my fellow students in my classes to feel more confident in their understanding of course material. I tutor: English, essay writing, government, high school government, math, middle school math, social studies, and writing. Government and social studies are my favorite subjects to tutor because I am a political science major and I do see these subjects in my own classes very often.

Outside of tutoring I love music and was in band for 7 years and played the Bb and Eb clarinets as well as the cymbals. I also love to crochet as I find it extremely relaxing and extremely gratifying to be able to create clothing that I can wear all by myself.
