While at UConn I majored in biological sciences and minored in physiology and neurobiology. This past year I got my Master of Sciences degree in biology from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA and am currently working at The Jackson Laboratory as a Clinical Genomic Technologist. I am also a licensed EMT and have been volunteering for two years now! My approach to tutoring has always been taking a practical approach and putting the concept in terms the student is able to understand. I have a lot of energy and love teaching, which are things I will bring to every student I tutor! In my spare time I enjoy working out, watching sports, and reading about new scientific advances.
