Throughout college, I took Spanish language and cultural classes and was able to study abroad in Santiago, Chile and Madrid, Spain. I have formal tutoring experience with elementary-aged beginning readers and Spanish speaking adults. In tutoring, my goal is to understand a student's goals and have engaging sessions that work with their learning style. Spanish has led me to unique cultural, travel, and job experiences and I hope to help students develop their own relationship with the language. Learning a language is challenging but very rewarding.
