About Me

I have my Doctorate of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine. I am on faculty at the Seattle Institute of East Asian Medicine teaching biomedical courses such as Anatomy and Physiology, Pathology, and Immunology. I graduated Summa cum laude from Arizona State University with my Bachelors in Biological Science (microbiology focus) and a minor in Anthropology. My goal is to help students achieve their academic and career goals though personalized tutoring sessions. I aim to help the student achieve a deeper understanding of course content and am committed to finding a style that works best for their learning. Through personal experience I have found tutoring to be one of the most valuable tools for academic success. I tutored classmates and friends in a range of biology courses from high school through college. Through Varsity, I have tutored Biological sciences courses at all levels, Anthropology, and Elementary school math and reading.
