With over 20+ years of experience in education, I am passionate about helping students build confidence, strengthen their skills, and achieve meaningful academic success. Throughout my career, I've served as classroom teacher, literacy coach, curriculum writer, professional development trainer, supervisor of new teachers, and most recently; a tutor for 7 years. These diverse experiences have given me a deep understanding of how students learn and how to adapt instruction to meet each learner's unique needs. One of my favorite quotes is, "students don't care how much you know until they know how much you care." That belief is at the heart of my teaching. I strive to create a supportive, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and celebrating their progress!
