In high school, I participated in a co-op experience which allowed me to student teach in two different classrooms my senior year. I taught 2nd grade and 5th grade and fell in love with the difference I was able to make. I ended up taking a bit of a different route in college, but that passion has not left me. I also taught competitive and recreational dance classes for about 8 years, so I have had great and versatile opportunities to influence and inspire students. I hope to continue to help students better understand and thrive in their classes through tutoring with Varsity Tutors.
