I discovered my love of teaching back in elementary school when classmates started asking me for homework help, and I haven't looked back since! I began formally tutoring in high school and am now on a path towards earning a degree in secondary education from Clark University and a teaching license. I aced nearly every class I took in high school, 10 of which were AP, and have experience tutoring for all these subjects, including math through calculus, English, and several types of history. I am currently a senior working towards my B.A. in physics, and I just returned from a year of study in Europe, during which I worked full time as a climate change researcher at the University of Helsinki in Finland and passed two intensive PhD level atmospheric science courses. Outside of academics, I love playing music, especially in marching band and a Scottish bagpipe band, and dancing! My favorite moments are being able to explain something to someone and watch them light up when they finally understand. I understand that sometimes it's difficult, but I think there's no better feeling than overcoming that in order to learn, and I love being able to spread that around.

My greatest passions are music and dance - I play several different instruments and love doing many diverse styles of dance. I also enjoy reading and all kinds of arts and crafts!
