I recently graduated from Colgate University with degrees in Biology (with an emphasis in ecology, evolution and climate change studies) and Philosophy. During my time at Colgate I worked for 3 years in a research lab, where I did field research in Costa Rica, The Adirondack forests of upstate NY. I also did intensive lab research in Costa Rica and with Colgate's Biology department. I am certified by NYS to teach Science in grades 7-12, and am currently a public school teacher in the Bronx. I am passionate about teaching, education and social justice and I believe everyone has a right to an equitable and holistic education. I can't wait to work with you soon!
