About Me
I'm an undergraduate at Princeton University working toward a degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, with the Sustainable Energy Certificate. I think the most important motivator in tutoring is to show my own enthusiasm for the subjects I teach. Breaking down a problem, and making "problem maps" for complex problems gives students a solid foothold to start and follow through a problem. Working examples using these maps during tutoring sessions is a good way to identify weaknesses. My end goal is to show students that with comfort in a subject comes interest. A big part of my reward from tutoring comes from making opaque subjects understandable.
