My professional experiences, and conscientious attitude have enabled me to foster students' academic potential in various unique lessons, and techniques. Learning is fostered by creating the appropriate atmosphere. I try to create such an atmosphere, by helping students think out loud, reflect on experiences, identify problems, and develop solutions. I keep current with materials, and educational strategies, all of which help to promote learning in my students. On a more personal note,not only am I creative in my approach to teaching, I also create jewelry, which I sell on Etsy. I have raised three children, who have grown and flown, and I currently share my home with my two dogs, Murphy and Maggie.
