My goal is to use educational methods to try and encourage my students to understand mathematics, and therefore improve in their math courses. I have experience as a tutor in elementary school level math through Calculus and Differential Equations. I have completed my PhD in mathematics. This has helped me to gain training in both mathematics and teaching. I have worked at a tutoring center where I was trained to tutor students and gained experience in tutoring. This also gave me the opportunity to tutor students in various levels of math. I have seen students improve in their mathematical skills through my help and guidance, which brings joy to my student and myself.
