I am from Milwaukee, WI, and moved out to Phoenix 9 years ago. I really love helping people, which is what led me to pursue social work. I enjoy tutoring because it gives me the chance to spend quality time with a person, learning his or her learning style, so that I can adapt my teaching style to best help the individual. I have always really enjoyed and excelled at math, but find that I can tutor a broad range of subjects, from English to history to accounting. Test prep is a strong area for me, as I like to focus on the patterns and trends that come up in standardized tests. If you are looking for a tutor that will go at your desired pace and will work at your level, I am a good fit for you. I have tutored students from the elementary school age up to the graduate school level. In my free time, I love watching sports, especially football. I am a diehard Notre Dame fan and get back to campus as much as possible. I also love to hike andenjoy the great outdoor opportunities that Arizona gives us.
