I have twelve years experience teaching primarily 9-12 year olds, but have worked with children of all ages. I have helped turn reluctant readers into avid ones, and avowed math haters into competent, confident math students. I also teach organizational strategies and study skills that are so important for academic success. I am a nurturing and dedicated teacher. I quickly connect with my students and help them develop a positive attitude toward their work. My goal is to develop happy, strong and effective students. I look forward to meeting you!

I love to travel and learn about different cultures and ancient civilizations. I also love ballroom dancing which I do competitively with my husband!
