- As for my tutoring style, I like to get to know the student's goals, difficulties, and schedule, and tutor the student accordingly.
- This helps keep you both active and alert, and ensures that you're understanding the material.

About Me
I'm graduating from medical school at Duke University this summer and finally have quite a bit of flexible time to tutor, something I really enjoyed doing all throughout college. Before med school, I went to Rice University for undergrad and majored in Biochemistry and minored in Business and Global Health Technologies. In many of the subjects I tutor, I've learned them not just once or twice, but three times (for example - General Biology, AP Biology, college-level Biology, and the ultimate med-school/real life application of Biology). Because I have been through the same learning difficulties, I know how to explain the topics in a way that is easily understood. In the tutoring sessions, if you don't have any specific questions or homework to do, I'll do a brief review of the topic, and then ask you to work a few example problems. My past clients have included middle school students to college students. I've tutored a variety of subjects including the PSAT, SAT, Calculus, Biology, Chemistry, English, and Geometry. In the far past, I have also tutored elementary school students and worked as a full time Teaching Assistant in an ESL program. I look forward to hearing from you!
