About Me
I am a Clinical and School psychologist and educator with nearly two decades of experience helping students strengthen executive functioning skills, improve academic performance, and succeed in ways that work for their individual learning styles. My approach is interactive, flexible, and student-centered. I enjoy breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps and helping students develop practical strategies for organization, focus, time management, reading comprehension, written expression, study skills, and problem-solving. I use creative, real-world approaches to make learning feel more approachable and less overwhelming. I have worked with students across a wide range of academic, behavioral, and emotional needs and am especially passionate about supporting students who struggle with executive functioning, motivation, learning differences, or feeling "stuck" in school. My goal is to help students build independence, confidence, and skills they can carry into everyday life.
Hobbies & Interests
["Outside of work, I enjoy puzzles, logic games, travel, music, and musical theater. I’m a fan of reality competition shows that involve strategy, teamwork, and problem-solving, and I love activities that challenge me to think creatively. Much of my free time is spent with my teenage daughter and our two energetic dogs, who always keep things interesting. Whether I’m planning a trip, tackling a puzzle, enjoying a live performance, or cheering on contestants from my couch, I appreciate opportunities to learn, explore, and have fun."]
