About Me

I'm an incoming medical student with a Bachelor's degree in neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh and a strong passion for teaching and mentoring. Throughout my undergraduate education, I served as a teaching assistant for courses like human physiology, biology lab, and organic chemistry, where I led review sessions, answered all kinds of questions, and helped students break down challenging concepts. I also tutor with UPchieve, providing real-time support in biology, chemistry, physics, college preparation, and more to middle and high-school students from diverse backgrounds. In addition, I have mentored many pre-health students and work with Research Girl to guide women and non-binary individuals navigating research opportunities in the medical world. These experiences have prepared me to support students across core sciences and test preparation while fostering effective study habits, confidence, and problem-solving skills in a supportive, engaging learning environment.
