Melanie

As a passionate educator with a Master's degree in Education , I have over 10 years of experience in both classroom and tutoring settings, specializing in Elementary and Middle School English and Reading. My teaching philosophy centers around creating an engaging and supportive environment where students feel empowered to ask questions and explore their learning. I strive to fill the gaps in literacy, particularly in phonics and reading comprehension, to ensure that each student can achieve their fullest potential. I am dedicated to fostering a love for reading in my students, and when I'm not teaching, I enjoy dancing, crafting and spending time with my daughter.
