As a dedicated tutor in my final year of my Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine program and over 2 years of experience, I am passionate about fostering a supportive learning environment that empowers students to excel. I graduated with my Bachelors degree in Human Development & Family Studies from Indiana University with minors in Chemistry and Psychology. After, I completed my Masters in Medical Science from University of North Texas Health Science Center. My specialties include Algebra, Anatomy & Physiology, and various levels of Science, including examination preparation for AP exams and Step/Level board exams, where I employ interactive teaching methods to engage students and make complex concepts accessible. I believe in tailoring my approach to meet individual learning styles, ensuring that every student feels confident and motivated. My background in Human Development and Family Studies informs my understanding of student needs, allowing me to connect on a personal level. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy exploring new educational resources and engaging in creative activities, which I find enrich my teaching practice.
