About Me
As an educator with a Ph.D. in Psychology from National University and over 5 years of tutoring experience, I am deeply committed to helping students excel in subjects such as AP Psychology, AP Statistics, and Business Statistics. I strive to break down complex concepts in statistics and research methods, fostering critical thinking skills that empower students to apply their knowledge effectively. Outside of academia, I enjoy model railroading, which reflects my analytical mindset and attention to detail. I look forward to guiding students toward achieving their academic goals in psychology and statistics.
Hobbies & Interests
Outside of academia, I have a passion for model railroading, where I enjoy designing and building detailed switching layouts that capture the operational nuances of real railroads. I also love cooking and experimenting with new recipes, often blending flavors from different cuisines. Photography is another creative outlet for me, allowing me to capture the beauty of landscapes and everyday moments. I’m particularly drawn to the American Southwest, with its vast deserts, rugged canyons, and breathtaking scenery, and I hope to visit Iceland someday to experience its otherworldly landscapes and natural wonders.
