About Me

I am a certified and qualified teacher with 25 years of professional teaching experience, 10 years of substitute teaching experience, 10 years of experience as a Y.M.C.A senior group leader in Broward County's After School programs, and 30 years of private tutoring experience in all basic subjects from elementary to college levels. I use a variety of teaching techniques and strategies and I can take simple and seemingly difficult concepts and skills and simplify them using various pneumonic devices, graphic organizers, manipulatives, songs I write, role playing, academic games, music, and movement. As a result, I have seen significant learning gains in practically all of my students over the years.
