As someone who used tutoring for many subjects in high school, I understand the importance of a kind and understanding tutor when you are struggling with understanding a subject, and that's what I hope to provide for my students. As a museum professional, college professor, and historian, my expertise falls in understanding history and communicating it to others at all experience levels. I love history, teaching it, tutoring it, and exploring it because everything is connected, and understanding the past is one of the best ways to understand now. My bachelor's degree is in History from Agnes Scott College and graduated with my master's degree in Museum Science from Texas Tech University. When I'm not working or tutoring, I am reading, crocheting, embroidering, or playing with my cat, Nessie.
