In addition, I hold two Master degrees - Marketing and Media Communication. Since graduation, I have traveled extensively with the military working in Recruiting and Retention. What started as teaching GED Math for the Army National Guard turned into a career of creating and overseeing the development of courses in sales, communication, and military education benefits. I've had the opportunity to stand up testing sites for the military. After years of creating, I switched gears into project/program management. In my quest to educate as many students as I can, I've had the opportunity to teach is a multitude of areas: Speech Communication, College Math, GED Math, College Seminar, Business Communication, and Project Management. In the private side, I've worked with high school students in Algebra and Geometry. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about Math and Project Management. In my experience helping struggling students prepare for certification and standardized tests, we always seem to have the most fun (I can be a joker with remarkable advancements). I am a firm proponent of education, believing it to be absolutely necessary for an improved quality of life, and I try to impart this appreciation to all of my students. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and reading, which enriches my life, photography, hiking, and the infamous soccer mom who loves to yell from the sidelines.
