About Me

I am a graduate of the University of Tampa with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in English. I also graduated from Wilkes Community College with an Associate in Applied Science in Early Childhood Education. I am passionate about working with students and helping them grow in their knowledge and understanding at the elementary school level. I have worked for over 20 years with students including homeschooling my own son. I have had the opportunity to live in many places and have been a substitute teacher in several states as well as overseas. I also began my career as a teacher's aide in a preschool for 2 years while completing my education. I enjoy using various teaching methods for student progress.
