I have worked in public and industry accounting fields, doing tax and financial statement preparation. I have worked as an accounting supervisor, developing training materials and leading training sessions on fundamental accounting concepts. I enjoy finding new ways to explain difficult concepts and looking at them from various perspectives to help students and accountants. I tutor on financial accounting and CPA exam content and am passionate about helping people prepare for these exams.

I enjoy reading, hiking, running, and playing soccer, basketball, and hockey in my spare time. I also catch up on continuing education topics in accounting and business and find ways to incorporate these into my tutoring style.
