I also have an M.A. in Hispanic Literatures from Michigan State University, a Graduate Certificate in Foreign Language Teaching (FLT) from Michigan State University, and a B.A. in Spanish and English from Albion College. In addition to my studies, I have teaching experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant of Spanish (101-202) at Michigan State University and as a Spanish for Kids Instructor (both online and in-person) for children ages 6-12 through the Community Language School. My favorite thing about teaching is sharing my enthusiasm for languages, cultures and literature with students. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about Spanish, literature, and writing. In my spare time I like to walk my two dogs, visit my favorite coffee and ice cream shops, and spend time in nature.
