As a lifelong lover of writing and reading, I value the skills and encouragement I received from my professors and mentors. I believe the skills gained from studying and improving on the crafts of writing and reading to be the foundations of success in life. To be able to communicate effectively and obtain an understanding of words and stories, you must work and learn always. I would love to pass on my skills and knowledge to other students while also hopefully fostering a love of understanding literature and writing.

I am a writer, reader, and watcher of movies. I love fantasy stories of all kinds, the odd rom-com, and to watch and play tennis. I love my two dogs and going on long walks with them. In college, I completed the Camino de Santiago, a 500 mile hike across northern Spain. I always have a cup of coffee near me and when I'm not working, I love playing video games like Stardew Valley and The Sims 4.
