With 4 years of direct teaching experience in the high school setting and over 15 years in sports coaching, I am a process and results-driven educator who seeks to provide compassionate instruction while achieving district and state standards. I have extensive experience supporting and leading people, projects and team management, developing, implementing and overseeing district, state, and federal education programs and standards, and monitoring metrics to improve student learning performance and experience. I understand that the best way to protect the student's rights to learn in their least restrictive environments and to provide service to them and their families to encourage life-long learning dispositions is of the utmost importance in my goals in teaching. By shaping minds and teaching the importance of understating perspectives, I will instill hope and inspire students to grow, take risks in learning, and open sight to a means of success. Through loyalty, integrity, and grit, i will boisterously teach until every student believes in their own uniqueness and value as a contributing member of society. I will be their Mr. Wacker (my 6th grade Social Studies teacher whom inspired me). I will be known as dedicated, loving, and brilliantly-insane for all students.

I am an avid sports fanatic. I have experience coaching Football, Track, and Basketball, love attending sporting events and spending time with my puppy, Teddy, and have been riding motorcycles since I was 13 years old. I have a passion for anything history, government, and military related. I served in the US Army as well as military contracting for many years and love to explore perspectives through those lenses.
