About Me

Hello learners and parents! I am happy you are here! My name is Ria Purcell. I am a recent Bachelor's of English graduate of 2023 from Oregon State University. I have been a tutor for three years now, working with all age ranges of students: K-12 and even college level. I am really looking forward to working with students struggling with their academic studies. I rarely had any outside help with school growing up, so I strive to be that academic resource for learners that I never had but always needed. My teaching methodology is 1-1 hands on interactive learning. I believe learners thrive best in environments where they are accepted. In turn, they are able to confidently show their learning styles in a welcoming space.
