I am still a student myself as I am wrapping up my M.Ed. degree in Counseling and Human Development at Lamar University. My graduation will be in December of this year. My undergraduate degree was a BA in History at the University of Georgia. My main areas of knowledge are in history and psychology/counseling, and I am a huge fan of those subjects. I really enjoy telling the stories that can be found in history, and I am so intrigued with how the mind works. My teaching and learning philosophy is that anyone can learn anything. Sometimes we just need a little bit of help to get over some hurdles. I have a pretty laid-back style when it comes to working with people as well. In my spare time, I like to exercise, watch sports, do just about anything outdoors, and play adult league baseball.

I love sports. I am a big football fan, and I play adult league baseball. I also like to do just about anything outdoors. Fitness has also been a big part of my life for a few years now. I enjoy pushing myself, and working out is kind of like my meditation time. When I have time, I like to play video games as well.
