I received a dual masters degree in special education and general education from Touro College in 2012. I received a bachelors in psychology from Hunter College in 2004. I hold a professional NYS teaching certificate. I have graduate credits towards a masters in literacy. I have been working with children since the age of 18. I have been a special education teacher for the past ten years. I am a firm proponent of education and I believe in differentiated instruction. I have a strong passion for helping children. I strongly believe that we should teach the child not only the curriculum.

In my spare time, I love to travel, read, and bicycle riding. I enjoy discovering new recipes and cooking.
