After several years of commercial lending I decided to make the jump into residential lending since I heard many of my clients say "Mortgage lenders can't do math!" (While not always true sometimes it is). When I began my transition into mortgage lending I was told there was this "difficult" license that you needed to obtain prior to actually becoming a lender. After I decided the challenge was "accepted" I studied, and studied and yes studied, to make sure I passed the test the very first time I took it. (By the way only about 25% pass it the first time). I attribute this to not only learning and understanding the material, but knowing the right way to study. There is nothing more exciting than seeing a student pass their class and become licensed and watch them grow and learn. I have been a facilitator for the Walt Disney Company as well so I bring a twist of fun to a "boring" yet critical subjects and I am also a US Army veteran.

So many to place here, but I will narrow it down. While I love to teach and help others I also enjoy spending time with my family and traveling. We are avid Disney fans and typically involve Disney in our travels, be it cruises or theme parks. I also enjoy baseball and love dogs!
