I have 26 years of teaching experience in the public education system from teaching elementary age children to high school students. I enjoy teaching sentence structure and grammar in Spanish to help the Spanish learner figure out how to transfer that skill into a conversation in Spanish. I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of San Diego in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Spanish, and earned a Master of Science in Special Education with a specialty in teaching children with mild to moderate disabilities from National University also in San Diego. Currently I am working towards National Board Certification in Early Adolescent through Young Adulthood - World Languages emphasis in Spanish.
