Not only does this set the student at ease, but it also allows me to identify how the students learns best. Learning can be a cause for anxiety. I like to build a relationship with my students and help them face fears about areas of anxiety. I have multiple ways of presenting content so that each student can discover which way works best for them. My goal is to get each student confident with a given material so that they can perform with ease.
