I completed considerable course work in Elementary and Arts Education, and did my student teaching and artist residencies at several elementary schools in Chicago. The majority of my one-on-one tutoring experience is in reading, math, and general help with homework completion for all subjects. I love working on projects, helping with homework, and having fun! I am great at catering to each child's educational needs and making sure that my students retain and understand the information we learn. I am comfortable working with children of all ages I have experience working with children with Asperger Syndrome, ADD, and ADHD. I graduated top of my class in May 2013 from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, earning my Bachelor of Fine Arts with multiple honors for my achievements in studio art. I am a recipient of several merit scholarships and fellowship awards for academic and artistic achievement. When I'm not teaching, I love running, reading, making art and cooking!
