I believe effective tutoring begins with understanding how each student thinks, learns, and builds confidence. My approach is encouraging, structured, practical, and individualized. I draw from decades of experience in engineering, leadership, brain science, and mentoring to help learners strengthen comprehension, problem-solving, organization, and independent thinking. I especially enjoy helping students move from uncertainty to confidence by breaking complex ideas into manageable steps.

Outside of tutoring, I enjoy research, writing, traveling, spending time with family, and exploring the intersection of science, faith, technology, and everyday life. I am especially interested in brain health, neuroscience, engineering, sociology, creativity, leadership, and lifelong learning.
