About Me

Hi! I'm Esther, an RN with a BSN and MS in Nursing Education. I currently teach as a prelicensure clinical instructor and RN-BSN & nursing graduate program faculty at a large university nursing program. I'm back in school to become a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree, so I understand what it feels like to be a student. I just passed, with an A, all the NP core courses (advance pathophysiology, advance pharmacology, and advance assessment). My nursing background is medical-surgical, telemetry, endoscopy, home-health, outpatient nursing educator, and infection prevention. I love helping others feel confident and capable. I adjust sessions to your goals and learning style through step-by-step explanations, real-life examples, and supportive coaching.
