About Me
I am a graduate student in Sport Psychology at Ithaca College and am actively working toward becoming a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology from Muhlenberg College, where I had the opportunity to compete as a collegiate track athlete and softball player. Being both a student and an athlete sparked my passion for mental performance and solidified my desire to help athletes reach their full potential.
