About Me

I hold a Master's degree in Special Education and am certified to teach grades 1-6. I have taught both 2nd and 4th grade in a low-income school district, where I worked withh students of diverse backgrounds, learning styles, and abilities. This experience helped me develop strong skills in differentiating instruction and meeting students where they are academically and emotionally. I have a genuine passion for helping others and find great joy in watching studnets grow in confidence and understanding. I strive to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and taking academic risks. Math has always been one of my favorite subjects to teach, and I enjoy helping students build strong foundational skills and problem-solving strategies. Science is another area I love, particularly Earth Science, which I focused on during my college studies. I aim to make learning engaging, meaningful, and tailored to each student's individual needs so they can reach their full potential.
