Hi everyone! My name is Iris, and I am passionate about making math fun and easy for everyone. My philosophy is that every student can succeed when concepts are explained from the ground up in a way that fits their learning style. I break problems into steps, encourage questions, and create a comfortable environment for students. I think mistakes are an important part of learning, and my motivation comes from seeing a student go from stuck to succeeding on their own!
