Getting students from where they are to where they want to be is what drives my philosophy as a tutor. I enjoy subject matter, but what I'm really passionate about is helping students grow, in whatever subject or way they need and want. Meeting students where they are and understanding what their goals are in their chosen subject are super important to me, as is keeping things light, fun and productive!

I love reading (mostly historical non-fiction and sci-fi), woodworking, playing any sort of sport or game, and spending time with my wife and our two dogs, Lyla and Millie!
