About Me

I'm a relationship-first educator who helps students feel seen, capable, and clear on what to do next. As a Career and Technical Education (CTE) Teacher and Department Chair, I've guided diverse learners in cybersecurity, coding, and robotics by pairing empathy with structure: clear goals, small steps, and frequent feedback. I honor IEP/504 supports, use data to target gaps, and turn abstract ideas into practical, hands-on learning. In sessions we model, practice, and "teach-back" to build confidence and independence. I also coach study habits and test strategies so success lasts beyond our time together. My promise: your student will feel supported, challenged, and proud of their progress.
