As I near the end of my rewarding 37-year teaching career, I am excited to focus my efforts on tutoring students in public speaking and acting. With a Master's degree in Communication and Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor's in Speech and Theatre Education from Elmhurst College, I bring over 5 years of tutoring experience, dedicated to empowering students to discover their unique voices and build confidence. My student-centered approach emphasizes personalized learning, ensuring that I meet each individual where they are, whether they are beginners or seeking to enhance their advanced skills. I am passionate about creating a nurturing environment that fosters creativity and growth, and I look forward to guiding students in the fine arts as they prepare for success both on stage and in life.

My interest are quite varied. I enjoy traveling with my wife to new places. Last summer we spent ten days in Italy. I also enjoy many professional sports and I love going to the theatre.
